ABOUT ME

Amandine Finger Pastry Chef

My career has led me to work in prestigious establishments both in France and abroad. From the Mulranny Park Hotel in Ireland to the gourmet restaurant Club les Palmiers in Saint-Tropez, each experience has enriched my vision and my skills.

In 2014, I joined Le Cordon Bleu Madrid as a Chef Trainer, where for almost 8 years I had the privilege of teaching and training future generations of pastry chefs. In addition, I participated as a judge in official exams and represented the institution at international gastronomic events such as Madrid Fusión and the ChocoArt Pastry Show in Bogotá.

Since 2022, I have been advising pastry businesses as a freelancer, helping them optimize processes, design menus and adapt to current trends in the sector.
